1. Legal information
For the purposes of the provisions of Art. 10.1 of Law 34/2002 from July 11, information society and electronic mail services (LSSI), it is stated that the service provider is EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR S.L. 2. Booking Terms
- The company provides organization services for conferences, mini-conferences, retreats, trips to the jungle, concerts, (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “EVENTS”).
All transactions between EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR and the user (hereinafter the “User”) will take place in Spain, under the domain www.innermastery.es, which is associated with servers dedicated to Event Services.
It is strictly prohibited the acquisition and use of the Event Services to
any person under 18 years of age or who has not reached the age of majority in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law.
For the purposes of the provisions of Art. 27.a) of the LSSI, contracting through www.innermastery.es will be carried out through the following steps:
Step 1/ User registration (payer data, participant data, event date selection on the page through search parameters), possibility of choosing to subscribe to the newsletter and/or offers.
Step 2/ Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Step 3/ Choice of payment method.
Step 4/ Verification of the reservation data.
Step 5/ Formalization of the reservation, confirmation page sample.
Step 6/ Sending of reservation confirmation e-mail with details of the same.
INTERIOR EVOLUTION will generate a comprehensive electronic document of the formalization of the reservation for its file, giving the client access and full knowledge of it by sending an e-mail with its content at the end of the reservation process.
After the formalization of the reservation, the client is requested to review the content of the same in order to identify possible material errors in the introduction of data; To process your correction, send an e-mail to [email protected] providing the identification data of the reservation.
Our contracting procedure is offered in the following languages: Spanish, English and Italian.
According to the specific conditions of the specific rates applied to the reservation, the payment of the same may be made in advance, totally or partially, at the time the reservation is formalized.
It is essential to send an email confirming the entry made for the reservation of the place, indicating name and surname, date of reservation and place of the event to [email protected] If there is no place available, the money will be returned.
Payments can be made by deposit, bank transfer or Paypal.
Once the entry has been made, the user must notify it by email to [email protected] or fill out the registration form.
INTERIOR EVOLUTION will inform the user of the place of the event and other recommendations before each event.
The user must fill out a form in which he provides essential personal data for the correct provision of the service by EVOLUCIÓN INTERIOR. In the event of omission of any of these data, INTERIOR EVOLUTION reserves the right to terminate the contract with the user, returning the payment made for the reservation of the event.
You are informed that in accordance with the provisions of Art. 93.2.b) General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCyU), the legal regulation regarding the right of withdrawal will not apply to reservations made through www.innermastery.eu, being in any case the following particular conditions regarding cancellation:
a) Only the amounts paid will be reimbursed in the event of cancellation of an event for reasons attributable to the company.
b) In the event that the participant cancels the reservation, the advance payment will not be refunded. 50% of the amount paid may be used for a new reservation in the next three months, if there is availability and provided that the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the start of the retreat.
c) In the event of hiring two or more nights, if the user does not use them, the money paid will not be refunded.
d) If the user has chosen an option and decides to expand it, the new option is considered as independent from the first one chosen.
e) If the participant hires additional sessions that he does not use in that retreat, he may keep them to use that amount in another retreat in the following 6 months. In no case will the refund be made.
f) For BeInClub member-participants, once their participation or attendance at an activity or event has been confirmed by paying in Innercoins, they must take into account that said amount will be credited at the time of confirmation. If they later decide not to attend or participate, this amount will not be refunded to their Innercoins account. You can use 50% of the amount paid for a new reservation in the next three months, if there is availability and provided that the cancellation is made at least 7
